[ODE] Finally Trimesh-Trimesh collision works!!

Thanks Jason.

Currently I've build the ODE-GIMPACT on Visual Studio
2005. The VS build files are included in the
ODE-GIMPACt package.

My apologizes. You have to understand that I've never
meet with SVN before. So I have no idea of how to
follow the ODE development rules. Any help with this
would be appreciated.
