[ODE] What configure files are needed?

I'm finishing up the release scripts for 0.6-rc1, and I've got a question
about the automake stuff. When I run ./autogen.sh it creates a whole bunch
files, including (but not necessarily limited to):

  autom4te.cache/
  aclocal.m4
  compile
  config.guess
  config.sub
  configure
  depcomp
  install-sh
  Makefile.in
  missing

Which of these files need to be included in the source code package? All of
them? Just configure?
