[ODE] What configure files are needed?

I think all of them except the auto4te.cache directory, also remember 
there are several Makefile.in files scattered around the directories,
you need those too.

autogen.sh, configure.in and the many Makefile.am files should be part 
of the distribution in case someone needs to rebuild from scratch.
