[ODE] hinge2

Hi,
 
i posted a question this week but re-reading it i undurstood why no one
helped me !
 
the true question is:
 
i'm using a hinge 2 joint for a wheel with suspention . I would want to
control wheel direction using motor on the vertical hinge2 axis. 
but how can i know the angle of the wheel ? (without using stops)
