The author of OPCODE is now at Aegis, and OPCODE as a separate project
is no longer maintained. Quite a few changes have been made to the ODE
version of OPCODE, primarily to support 64-bit systems. At this point,
OPCODE *has* been merged into ODE.
I'm still open to the idea of keeping the ability to exclude
trimeshes; I just don't think this is the reason to do it.
