[ODE] FW: mail delivery

to try and fix the attachments problems i've upgraded the "mailman"
server on q12.org to the latest version, and also fixed a number of
small problems found in the mailman database. i've also checked to see
if any mailman settings would prevent archiving of attachments, but i
can't find any.
attachments seem to be mailed out to list recipients just fine. when
attachments are converted into other things (like ATT00003.txt in the
previous message) it's generally because there's some kind of
anti-virus software running on the originator's mail system ... (?)
