[ODE] FW: mail delivery

i've just verified the archiving of attachments. attachments will
appear in the archive like this:

    attachment
    -------------- next part --------------
    An embedded and charset-unspecified text was scrubbed...
    Name: foo.c
    Url: http : //q12.org/pipermail/test/attachments/20051115/4b9dd78d/foo.c

and the url will be clickable, revealing the attachment.
