[ODE] Status of dCylinder?

Where do flat-ended cylinders sit at this point? I want to say I
remember a bug where they tended to fall through geometry when
colliding flat-side on, is that bug still present? Any other minor or
severe limitations to know about, say with trimesh collisions?
And, of course, as far as the limitations go, is there any active work
to fix them at the moment? Or are they more or less static as they
are now for the moment?
