[ODE] Cygwin DLLs

I've managed to build ode.dll with cygwin, finally...

And I find it's already available on sourceforge as a binary release?!
How come the makefile isn't set up for this already?

It would be nice if drawstuff.dll was available (and in the makefile) as well...
