Is there a solver count in QuickStep? I know that the deprecated 
StepFast() used a solver count, but there's no such argument to 
the public QuickStep() implementation.

Btw: because StepFast() was a late addition, and already deprecated, 
shouldn't we actually take it out of the API? The people who use it 
can probably easily port to QuickStep or Step.
