[ODE] Flat cylinder geom come to life!

Hi ,

   Here are 3 new flat cylinder colliders originated from Croteam's
   Alen (Alen again! Yes! That the guy behind the new iterative solver
   :) ).

   The 3 colliders are :
       + Cylinder vs box       : pretty stable
       + Cylinder vs sphere    : pretty stable
       + Cylinder vs trimesh   : stable, just have a small problem
       with triangle edges

   Refer to .txt file inside for more infos.

   Russ! Adam! Please comments about the coding style. I had tried to
   follow yours... ;)
