[ODE] Triangle-box collider contribution

I've tested it and it looks more solid than the previous one. There are
still some obvious issues as shown in the bunny test, but the problems are
smaller now. Unless anyone has objections i will add this to the main CVS
tree soon.

It has been 1 in the original tri-box code for some time already, and that's
why I didn't change it. And I also noticed the changelog says
* disable temporal coherence on trimeshes by default, since it has
scaleability issues that don't make it a general clear win.


Anyway, I would appreciate it if someone could add the code to the CVS
contributions section before it's completely forgotten.

      BoxTC->FatCoeff = 1.0f;

  If you want Opcode's temporal coherence to be useful, this should be
greater than 1. That's why the ctor initializes it to 1.1, by the way.
