hi there,

i'm back on the ODE list after a long break. i have checked in your
patch, although i only found TerrainAndCone20040311.zip on that web site
instead of the file you specified, i guess this is a slightly newer
version? also: the dTerrain.cpp file is not included in the zip, so is
this to be removed from CVS?
