[ODE] ODE development snapshot 2003-11-19 available.

Since sourceforge's anonymous ODE CVS repository seems to not be
picking up changes from the developer CVS repository, I've released
a snapshot of the development CVS tree here:

http://icculus.org/~aspirin/ode/

This contains several fixes (mostly to trimeshes) that the
anonymous CVS server does not contain.  Needless to say, it
also contains various other changes that have occurred since
the previous official ODE release (0.039).

n.b. This snapshot by no means constitutes an official release...
