[ODE] Setting Hinge2 lo/hi stop values.

I can't set stop values on the hinge2 joint for the 2nd rotation axis. When
using dParamLoStop/dParamHiStop, params are applied ok for the 1st axis, but
dParamLoStop2/dParamHiStop2 simply do nothing.

Is this supposed to work?
