[ODE] Who can tell me how to install the ODE to VC6++ environment?

Hi,

There are some instructions for building ODE with MSVC6 here;

But I've always found that the instructions in the 'INSTALL' doc
contained within the ODE download work fine for me (as long as I
remember to run vcvars32.bat first).
