[ODE] Newbie question - bodies interpenetrating

Basically, it's done on a case-by-case basis, because it depends on the
details of the geometries.  Sphere-sphere and sphere-plane are easy;
box-box is hard. If you're interested in the algorithm for a particular
case, look at the source code that covers it.
