[ODE] dCollideConvexBox and dCollideConvexCapsule not implemented

Hi

I've found that dCollideConvexBox and dCollideConvexCapsule are not implemented (empty fnctions). Would it be better if I put dIASSERT(false) into them or I should rather avoid doing that to not cause more problems for somebody? As to my opinion, it is necessary to add asserts there to prevent using that code in production. If somebody would be developing that code and would need testing convex with some kinds of shapes while ignoring all the rest kinds he/she can comment those assertions in the local copy.
