[ODE] Undefined symbol for OSX build

Hi

This seemed to work for 0.7, but in 0.8.1-rc it still doesn't seem to  
include a definition for dsPrint etc. and gives the same error.

For 0.7 now I get another further error:

Don't seem to find this anywhere using grep.
