[ODE] Are the rotation matrices returned by dBodyGetRotation Column or row major

I couldn't find this in the docs...
but if I have a matrix
ABC
DEF
GHI

does dBodyGetRotation return
ABCDEFGHI

or ADGBEHCFI?
