[ODE] Include patch into trunk? - [ 1478244 ] ERP and CFM for fixed joint and ball joint

Hmm...
That could be possible.
The joint now uses by default the global erp/cfm.

If it behaves differently now, it must be because it formerly did not use
erp/cfm.

Can you re-test the different behavior with global ERP and CFM set to 1.0and
0.0 ?
