[ODE] license status of the OPCODE directory

Hi,

the OPCODE directory doesn't have the same author than the rest of the source tree 
(Copyright (C) 2001 Pierre Terdiman) and the OPCODE website explains just that is part
can be used "in commercial or non-commericial program". This is nothing about the 
abilit to share or modify the software.

Is the directory also covered by the ODE dual licensing and if so is it possible to
have a clarification in the README.TXT file?
