[ODE] minor issues with ode 0.7

I attached to patch for the 0.7 release:

* fix_dTRIMESH_ENABLED_undef.diff:
if ./configure is called with --disable-opcode, heightfield.cpp failed to
build.
This patch doesn't remove test_heightfield.cpp

* fix_makeinstall.diff:
Fix the use of DESTDIR var during make install
