[ODE] svn trunk commits

Hi,

I've committed Christoph's cyl/plane replacement to the SVN trunk.

Also, the unix build was broken, after the gimpact commit.
I've fixed that, so that it builds again. But it has no
configure switch yet.

I can add a switch, but is there already consensus on how we
want this?

--without-trimesh
--with-trimesh=opcde
--with-trimesh=gimpact

or:

--enable-opcode
--enable-trimesh
