[ODE] new Cylinder<->Plane collider

Hello!

I'm finished with my own cylinder/plane-collider!
The current collider (SVN:thrunk) from Bram Stolk looks quit well,
but my new collider looks well too and is more than two times faster.

The new collider is ready to replace the old one.

I have no acces to the SVN and don't know how to do.
Can someone please put this new file in SVN?
