[ODE] issue about collision between box and mesh

Hi Wang,

ODE has had many improvements since ODE-src-0.7 . Now
it supports Trimesh Vs Trimesh collision and Trimesh
Vs Box has been improved.

But the only way for getting the last version is from
SVN, download from : 
http://svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/opende

You'd need a SVN client for download the sources : 
http://sourceforge.net/projects/tortoisesvn
