[ODE] Joint RP renamed to Joint PR - "Prismatic and Rotiode"

I submitted a new patch on SF to :
- Update the Doxygen documentation for JointPR
- Update the dUASSERT message for JointPR
- Fix some little thing that were not correctly update when I switched 
the Rotoide and Prismatic order.
