[ODE] Simulation air resistances effect on tail rudder?

In my simulation I have an aircraft to which I apply RelForce and RelTorque
to give the effect of propulsion and rotation.
In order for this to work I need to add some counter-force/torque so that
the aircraft stabalises when no torque/force is applied.

If anyone has experience with a simular simulation
I'd appreciate any hints about how to approch the problem.
