[ODE] ode-0.6, vs2003 project settings for code generation should be different forall the targets?

I believe the reason is that MS wants to be able to patch any future 
security issues - with a static runtime that isn't possible.

In general a developer will have to change these settings to match his app 
anyway, as any clashes will cause compilation problems.
