Did you double-check the lib resolve?
Maybe your so path points to an old ode install?
Does ldd test_crash give the results you expect?
Did you do the 'make install' before you ran the tests?
What does a 'make clean ; make install ; cd ode/test ; ./test_crash'
give you?
