[ODE] Geist3D

Hi everyone. 


A little while ago there was a conversation about open-sourcing Geist3D. Well,
it has happen now! The source code is available under the GPL at sourceforge
via www.Geist3D.org. This version still compiles an older version of ODE,
mainly because I believe that the lasted release does not include the dxTerrain
extensions in the binary distribution. Long story short, I belive that Geist3D
could be a good tool to create test cases. Unfortunatly it only compiles under
windows right now.
