[ODE] Adding local normals to dContactGeom

Hi,
You don't have to modify dContactGeom. Having the two colliding geoms' orientations, you can simply transform the worldspace collision normal back to their own space with ease. :o) It couldn't be simpler, and works perfectly for me.
