[ODE] Moving trimesh/trimesh collisions

Right, though its not the performance, which is just fine, that may make 
PMaps impractical for games, but rather the memory consumption.  I guess 
it depends on the application, if you don't need a lot of different 
kinds of concave meshes then its a possibility.
