[ODE] could not open stdin

[hajime hajime]

Hello!
   
  I just installed ode-src-0.6 on my Intel iMac.
  Installation looked ok but when I tried to run
  the demo programs (e.g. ./test_joints), I got
  the above error message. Could anybody 
  please let me know how to fix the problem?
   
  I am using Cygwin 1.5.21-1 under WinXP.
