[ODE] crash test dummy (mannequin)

Still not complete (waist up missing), but it does have motors and
simulates muscles using springs. (you probably have seen my povray
renderings of it)
I could not get the 3-dof motors working, so i used 2-dof for the
ankle and hip, and another hinge half way the lower and half way the
upper leg.

the code exports all positions to a text file. (no visual output)
