[ODE] Doxygen docs now online

I have put a sample of the Doxygen-generated documentation online at:

  http://opende.sourceforge.net/docs/

Comments and suggestions are much appreciated. After I get more filled
in I will set up a cron task to refresh the documentation every night.
If anyone would like to help out with the documentation, please check
your changes into the 0.6 release branch. I will take care of getting
everything merged into the trunk on a regular basis.
