[ODE] trimesh versus sphere

Hello,

I've added a test program for trimesh vs sphere to the svn trunk.
It is in ode/test/test_basket
It is pretty neat: it involves a basket (trimesh) and
a ball (sphere), and the idea is to shoot a basket of course :-)

I see indeed the problems reported on this list.

Jason, can you tell me what a UNIX guy like me must do to
contrib/Premake, if he changes Makefile.am ? Does everything
work automagically?
