[ODE] How to Pin Body

Ok, I found it in the FAQ, not the docs:

12.1. How do I connect a body to the static environment with a joint?
Use dJointAttach with arguments (body,0) or (0,body).

And I think I solved my problem.  If I create an extra 'fake' joint as the 
pinner,
that is not part of the chain, then I think I can do it.
