[ODE] mail delivery

Hi,

Why does it take more than an hour for a post to show up in
the list?

Also, what exactly is q12's role in this?
Other sourceforge lists do not seem to use q12,
yet the ODE list has sourceforge's list interface,
but uses its own service as backend?

It looks like the ode list is only half sourceforge
style mailing list, with the other half different?

If we would switch to full SF style, would we get
better service?
