[ODE] Actuated arm get stuck into static entities

What kind of FMax do you have set on that servo?  Is it possible it's
too high, so that it can't handle touchy sorts of interactions (that
is - it GOES where you tell it, no if's and's or but's, leading to you
not controlling it 100% accurately, slipping just slightly through a
surface, then explosions from there)?
