[ODE] Physics in Unreal 3 engine and ODE

The difference between Havok and ODE (or, for that matter, Novodex and 
ODE) is largely in the quality of contact generation and handling. We 
don't have full-time smart programmers improving the ODE colliders; they 
do, so it's hardly surprising.
