[ODE] GetForce

In the manual it says that dBodyGetForce returns force accumulator
bbetween steps. My question, where in code is step initiated or in other
words, where can I call this function before the step takes place. This
is really important to me.

p.s.
I use a modified code of the box stack, so I have simulation loop and
nearcall back functions. Help please
