I'm new to CVS and working on a playstation port. In regards to testing 
patches, how would I tell what patches to test? Is there a central list 
of changes with a short description or can you get that with a CVS 
command? Basically if the only notice the patch exists is on one of 
these listserve messages, I would have to act on it as it happens or not 
at all. Do you think that maybe very little testing occurs because once 
a few days pass, nobody goes back to look through old messages for 
things to test?
