Mailing list -> forum (was: Re: [ODE] list archive broken)

Personally, all I want is to be able to search the archive. I mean,
search it without having to download 70 gzip files or a mailbox file.
Either have a web based search interface, or an email based search
interface, I don't care :) All those old messages are wasted,
currently, as there is no obvious way to search them.
