[ODE] Collider2 patch

Hello. I am using ode as part of javaode. I wanted cylinders so I applied
the patch and it didn't work. Most of the stuff that needed to be altered
in the header files didn't seem to be done. Also the Makefile was
unaltered.
I have got it all working now. I just wanted to tell you guys that it was
not working properly. I tried to make my own patch file but I am an
amatuer at that kind of stuff. I think other people would probably like to
add cylinders to their simulations becuase they form the basis of wheels.
