No, and I don't think there are any plans to do that, to be honest.
There's probably more chance of this happening in .Net (at least C#)
or perhaps even Java. It already exists in FORTRAN land where the
language is structured with this sort of thing in mind but there's
just too much programmer control in C to make auto-optimising
efficient.
