i've added a cannon to the test_crash demo. it's a lot more effective at
crushing the wall than the buggy.
'[' to turn the cannon left.
']' to turn the cannon right.
'1' to raise the cannon.
'2' to lower the cannon.
'x' to shoot from the cannon.
source release rebuilt.
