[ODE] ode-040519.tar.gz isn't zipped right?

Hi,
 trying to unzip the daily snapshot I got:
bash-2.05b$ tar zxvf ode-040519.tar.gz

gzip: stdin: not in gzip format
tar: Child returned status 1
tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors

 Ideas?
