Did you check out the two references I included in my email? Thats
about all I have.
You say "distinguish licenses from other contracts" - but apparently
it's not a contract to begin with. I'm not saying that no licenses are
contracts, but I am saying that licenses don't have to be contracts
(based on what I have read).
