[ODE] dInfinity missing on VC6 (and fix : )

Another thing:

Having updated to the latest CVS source files, I suddenly couldn't resolve
the dInfinity symbol on my VC6 workspace build.  This was added to the
config files by someone else recently - all you need to do is re-run the
batch file appropriate to your build, and rebuild.

(but wait for the config file updates in CVS as per my other mail, or mail
me for the new files : ).
